When I was trying to browse, I got a message that the data is exhausted and as I am a prepaid customer, I have to recharge.. I recharged for rs 309..after two hours when I called up the customer care, I was told recharge is done but the activation will be after a month.. I requested for a complaint registration which they refused to take.. On repeated calls they took the complaint and rejected the next day.. Again I raised a complaint for which I am getting repeated SMS from past 2-3 days,  issue will be resolved in 48hours. Hopeless service by jio
