I have ordered Dell inspiron i3 laptop from flipkart on 22nd September and as it was defective so I have raised request for replacement within 10 days as per the policy. But they have canceled my request with no reason.After that I had so may follow ups with customer care but neither they have sent any technician for issue resolution nor the product is replaced. Today on 11th Oct,I have recieved a mail saying that “technician visit has arranged and issue is resolved and 10 days replacement policy is void”.
