Hello Sir,
I’ve ordered an iPhone 6 in paytm mall on 20th september 2017. I received the product on 22nd Sep 2017. I should have got my cashback of Rs.6000 with the the coupon code of A6K. But I didn’t receive. I’ve tried contacting to the customer care helpline of Paytm mall. But it’s useless. I couldn’t reach anyone. The call is getting cut even if I follow the instructions. I’ve informed to the support and help page of paytm mall. They said I will receive the cashback in 72 hours. But it’s been a week, I didn’t get my cashback and I didn’t even receive any notification or reply on this from support side. Please help me resolving this issue.

hi i have faced the same problem from Paytm and my order was delivered on 23rd Sept i have called them and asked them to process my cashback but still there is not confirmation or any kind of email received. I have also purchased and iphone 6 32 GB from paytm for the second time and was supposed to receive a cashback of Rs. 7500 but there is not intimation as of yet.
Did you get this confirmation after you called them or after lodging the complain?

I have the same issue with macbook .i was supposed to get cashback of 10000rs but havnt reveived anything yet ..its been 4 days
I have purchased from Grom grofers for which paytm refund of rs150 is showing in 6/1/2019 but not credited in my wallet.kindly credit the samey mobile no registered is9450771917.
