Hello, I had applied on quicker jobs for work from home. The next day itself I received a call from Anika from Zylon services for online work from home. I said no for 2days but then she was very insistent so i signed up for it. She asked me to give her my phone no. Email id and any photo id proof. And said that my work will start from the next day. When i received the login and password from zylon, it was not accepting it when entered manually, so i called their helpline and they asked me to copy paste it so it accepted the login. After doing the work for 2 days i found that my report was not showing the correct amount of work completed and those that were actually right were shown wrong. I mailed about the same to their helpline but they said that report is generated automatically and we cannot do anything about it. I had a hunch that they might be fraud so i stopped doing the work and tried calling Anika who had approached me with the job , but she did not receive my call. I even mailed them on helpline but didnot receive any proper response. 3days ago a received a mail from Adv. minhaz from ‘Zenith Company’ that i have not completed my work and i have to pay penalty for breach of contract whereas my 10days were yet to complete. So i asked the helpline about this and they said the mail was not from their side and asked me to ignore it. I still asked them how come my details which i had provided to them was mentioned in that fraud email but they didnot give appropriate response. I asked them to terminate my contract. Yesterday i received another mail from Adv. Aditya Mane regarding the same from zylon services. He even called me and asked me to pay the penalty in one day or they would file a court case against me in Vapi gujarat. I asked him to connect me to any zylon official, so a man named K. Ramakrishnan came on the phone and told me that he was the CEO of zylon. I asked him about the fraud email and what action are they taking against it as my personal details which were provided to them in confidence were comprised to some fraudster, he said we are looking forward to it but before you have to pay the penalty. I again contacted the Zylon helpline regarding it but the girl there said we cannot discuss this on call please send email. I said the mail and attached the legal notice which was sent by Aditya Mane in the name of Zylon. But still havent received any reply from them. Now he has send a message saying that a case is filed against me in Indian court and if I dont pay the penalty i will have to come to Gujarat for the hearings.
