Text of Complaint by Jagpreet Singh:

  • Dear    Jagpreet Singh,   

    Address :-   S/O: Murat Singh, Kandhwala Hazar Khan, Arniwala Sheikh Subhan, Fazilka, Punjab, 152124


     Under instructions from my client Zylon Service  Company’s agreement term & Condition if you Not Complete the work or Qc Fail in the work then you will be liable to pay the company penalty amount . If you are not paying a company penalty then the company is eligible to take legal action against you . Agreement breaching sections are imposed on you . 


    The above sections are implemented on you regarding you did not full-fill the terms and condition of your agreement..  

    Section 73:-  Compensation for loss or damage caused by breach of contract. Compensation for failure to discharge obligation resembling  
    Section 74:-   Compensation for breach of contract where penalty stipulated for.   
    Section 74:-  Party rightfully rescinding contract, entitled to compensation.    

    You have 45 Minutes to pay the penalty otherwise the legal action will be initiated under fraud and agreement breach case. After this your penalty will be increased and only you will be responsible for it. If you ignore this letter, we will be filing a legal complaint against you without any intimation . Thank you for your cooperation.
