I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding what appears to be an unfair gameplay mechanic in your app. I have observed that during matches, the game allows opponents to intentionally waste time, which negatively affects the competitive balance and prevents the opposing player from winning. This issue not only undermines fair play but also detracts from the overall user experience.
As a dedicated player, I value a game environment that rewards skill and strategic play. I believe that this design flaw gives undue advantage to players who exploit the timing mechanics, thereby disadvantaging those who are playing earnestly. I respectfully request that your technical team review this aspect of the gameplay to ensure that all players have a fair opportunity to win.
