Text of Complaint by Dr. George Johnson:

We had done a purchase from an Instagram account “Zuhriyaa boutique” “_zuhriyaa_” (Instagram account) on 10 November 2022. We had payed an amount of 2480Rs as per the boutique’s request. The promised delivery date was 22 December 2022. They confirmed the order by giving the order number “NE 141” But the product is not delivered yet and they are not properly responding to any repeated phone calls or messages.
After doing a brief enquiry about this boutique we were able to fine out that many other customers have registered consumer court cases against this boutique regarding similar experiences.
We kindly request the consumer court to please see into this complaint and help us getting our refund from the boutique.
