I purchased a saree of 3500Rs/- from Zuhriyaa boutique (Instagram business account-_zuhriyaa_) on March 17, 2024 with explicit mention that the product is required by May 18,2024. I had paid the full amount and the owner had confirmed the payment and provided tracking number too. However, the product has not been delivered yet and the owner of the account do not respond when inquired about the product. I request that the amount be fully refunded to me. I believe this is a fraud business portal scamming people for money.
