Iordered a kurta set of Rs 4400 from zuhriya boutique via their instagram page , which has a physical store located in aluva kerala on 8th june. The owner of the shop Amjo mol roshin assured me to deliver my product before 25th of june. she was responding to my instagram messages till 25th of June and gave a lot of excuses for the delay from their side and asked me to wait for four more days, after which they stopped responding to my calls and messages. Now its been almost a month and they refuse to pick up my calls. This behaviour made me sceptical about authenticity of their service and later i came across a lot of similar complaints against them. Either they have a very poor customer service system or they are scamming people around the country. hoping to get my issue resolved at the earliest.
