Text of Complaint by Ratandeep Singh Arora:

I would like to share the disastrous experience I had, starting from the day I logged a ticket with Zopper.
1. The starting to be frank with you was quite good, I was provided a lot of assurance about the services I’ll get but it turned out to be nothing at the end.
2. First engineer visited, took 2-3 hours trying to connect to a senior engineer over the phone. Did nothing actually other then trying to decipher the issue over the phone with another senior engineer.
3. He eventually went back promising a senior engineer visit within 48 hours.
4. No-one then followed up with me for a week & when I called back “Sonali Kumari” she said she will send someone in 48 hours.
5. Two folks came back after 4 days claiming they are from Zopper, I was then in my office meeting for 30 minutes & post meeting when I went to see what they are doing, I saw them with two different parts of my machine in their hand ready to leave along with those parts.
6. I refused them to take the parts along since I was promised that a senior would visit trying to fix the issue. I was never informed that they are planning to take the parts from my machine.
7. Both those guys & me then tried to connect with Sonali but call went unanswered for couple of time & she finally called back accepting the mistaking for not informing me that someone would take away the parts from my machine.
8. But by then I lost all the trust in Zopper & I said, I want to get the machine fixed by Cosco.
9. Sonali then assured me yet again that you get the machine fixed on your own, take the bills & share it with her for the reimbursement.
10. I did as requested, she calculated the amount & initiated the refund without sharing any sort of calculation with me.
11. I called her back instantly, asking for the calculation since the amount wasn’t accurate.
12. She was at her lunch break therefore promised to get back to me post lunch time. That lunch break lasted forever since she stopped picking my calls after that particular conversation.
13. I kept of trying to connect with her later that day but the calls kept either getting disconnected or unanswered.
14, Then I sent a follow-up email requesting her including few other folks on the email to share the calculation but no one cared to response.
15. Then today I thought of following up again for my money which you guys owe me, she took the call & instantly kept provoking me with her rude behaviour.
16. I kept asking her to first let me finish without any interruption & stop being rude to me. But she kept doing so & then disconnected the call.
17. Then I spoke to another person who apparently was Sonali’s Manager who gave me refund for the rest of the money.
To summarize, I neither got the service which I was suppose to get from Zopper. I was left aloan to get the repair done on my own & claim for the reimbursement. Then finally I was forced to keep following up for the money I paid even after being promised for refunds.
