I booked car on zoomcars app and they asked me to make a payment of 5648 inr as advance payment when the amount deducted from my account they give me a message on their app saying payment failed though my payment was credited in their account.and they don’t have any customer care and they are using the frequent message through their bots that they didn’t receive any money from my end. Now where should I ask my money. Please help. They destroyed my whole trip and planning
