I booked zoomcar few days back, and there was no one to attend me, so i made a video of the complete vehicle before starting the trip, as i saw scratches and damage in the car. At late night when i ended my trip i closed the app by uploading that time pics with same damage and scratches. Next morning i found that Zoomcar has charged me for the same damage. So I am not at all going to pay for the damage I never made. Kindly resolve this as they have been sending me recovery notice and trying to threaten me of legal actions.
