Text of Complaint by D Balakrishna:

I have booked zoomcar on 23 Dec to 24 Dec 2018. While we were about to end up our trip suddenly our vehicle gear was not getting pulled up and it got stuck in traffic. Later on we called customer care and they towed vehicle to tata motors service centre. On next day early morning I got message stating to pay 10,000 for vehicle damage. I asked for receipts also but customer care guys denied to provide the same mentioning it’s not there in policy. There is no transparency at all. And later on when I denied to pay they harassed stating they will file legal complaint on us. This is not only faced by me there are other customers also who faced same issue. I have paid the outstanding amount also(Rs. 7000). I need justice regarding the same. Not only me other customers also faced similar issues. And this company is looting customers by putting charges. There was no external damage to vehicle.
