Greg, you need to take stock of what’s happening with Zoomcar! Your services are going so terrible now!!!!!

Booking ID:JPS692YMA, stranded on deserted streets across gurgaon. Booked for 9.30pm. Got a call at 7 am saying the car we booked is not available and they’ll change the car. reached location at 9.30. Owner didn’t want to give car(cuz zoom car harassed then). Zoomcar answered call after 30 minutes, promised call back in 15. Didn’t receive any call. Called again, waited for 25 minutes. Allotted a different car. We take a cab and reach the place. The car is not there. Call again, waited for 30-35 mins on call, they say they’ll allot another car. I booked multiple cabs. They say there’s going to be no reimbursement for that. All of this at around 12 am with my girlfriend and I stranded in the middle of nowhere. And then suddenly during the call Zoomcar executives hang up the call saying they are cancelling the booking. We were eve teased, we were extremely un safe, these streets were deserted and we were just asked by your customer care executives to move from one place to the other at that hour in the night. And then finally we had to postpone our travel plans, book a hotel and stay in Gurgaon that night and all because of your services ! We have been scarred by this incident, we were totally unsafe at that hour and extremely poor service from zoom car. We are filing a case with the consumer court.
