Pick time was 6:30 AM, documents were not verified due to app issue till 7:30 AM attached is that page from updated app.

Three problems were reported for this booking:
1. Vibration in steering when car is above 40kmh and we hit break slowly
2. Till 5th October there was no issue with AC, all of sudden when we left from out station on 6th oct 11am after around 45-60 minutes the AC stopped working, I thought it might be temporary , after around 1 and a half hour we stopped in hoshangabad outskirts near bhopal to get it checked , mechanic went below the bonet to check and said that there is an issue with power not getting delivered to AC, he told a workaround but we didn’t go for it because we didn’t wanted any change in car without discussing with zoomcar. We were running late so we informed about same to customer care on the way around 1 pm
3. After sometime the car started beep sound when going forward or reverse, we were asked by support team to ignore that for now and drop the vehicle. Pls note that the beep sound came after 2 and a half hours of vehicle run without AC, so we doubt it was the sensor for same.

Now I am informed that there is a charge of 50k on me.. if sensor is pointing to AC problem how can a customer agree that damage below the bonet cannot be present before my booking.

I’am associated from so many years, do you want your customers to also take video for lower body of the vehicle?
Because zoomcar cannot agree on point that there was no hit by car to a speed breaker or any obstacle. Thank god I took a video when I was in garage.

Got call about 50k penalty within 30-40 minutes of drop, however after I have been informed that car is currently been sent to local garage for repairing and damage should be around 4-5k for change in AC tube. You will also notice gap in bonnet and damage already present around bonnet initially in video

Surplus penalty charges and car condition which made us feel unsafe, throughout the journey. This wasn’t expected from Zoomcar services.
