I have booked a zoom car on 21st May 2020 #JPS6N1X6T. Still date 13 Oct 2020 refund is not initiated Rs:6330/- no response on email and customer care number. Zoom car refund pending since May 21st, 2020 was last modified. When I tried to contact customer care no one is responding over call, email, etc. When I tweet on twitter ever time I receive “please wait refund will be processed” receive a reply every time. I am totally surprised the company facing issues only for the refund process otherwise the company takes new bookings easily. this company makes the customer fools.
