Hi. I had booked a zoomcar in Bhopal in this year Mar23.
I had received the car with almost no fuel. And I had returned the car well before time and full fuel and then checked with the Zoomcar Executive at Bhopal. He never mentioned that there is some stupid checklist to be filled by me in the App.
Now they are denying me a refund even after I am sending them images of the odometer and fuel quantity indicator.
This amount would be between 3000-3500. I need this refund. Any advice to take a legal action?
Their customer service has denied me the refund 3 times.
