Text of Complaint by Gautham:

Booking nr JPS6N40UX, cancelled on 30th Nov 2020, and haven’t received a refund till date (16th Feb 2021). As per terms and conditions refund to be done within 30 working days. No option to reach out to customer care with invalid number, no option to proceed into automated voice system and no replies to mails or messages.
