I booked a cab for 27 September 2020 at Patna with booking id IDJPS6NE0ZE on 23 September 2020. My uploaded my DL and all necessary documents for profile verification 5 days earlier which is still pending. One day later after I booked ZoomCar I received a call form zoom car saying they don’t approve Rohtak ( haryana) license So, told me to cancel my booking. I cancelled. Now my 4010 rs still pending for refund. Also they took 1000 rs for supermiler which I can never use as they are not approving my DL. I request Zoom cars to process my 5010 rs refund ASAP as now no one from their customer care is now replying on mail or call. This is completely fraud behaviour of ZoomCar and I m feeling cheated by them.
