Text of Complaint by Naveen Kumar K:

I have made my zoom car booking on January 2020 and due to pandemic I have cancelled my booking on 13 May 2020. I haven’t received my refund yet and when I initially contacted the support team on May to July they said I will be receiving in 10-12 days, but time passed till August, September. When I tried to contact again they changed their support system and disable the call support. They have provided any update or took any initiative to repay my money. Since I’m taking this as a complaint under act of fraud and non-tranperancy over customer.
