I have booked Zoomcar in the month of December for 2 days. They made me wait 3 hours while pickup and then informed me that the car is unavailable. They called me and promised me refund within 10 days which I haven’t received still. They do not give any response and act like they don’t care anymore about customers. Cheaters.
