Text of Complaint by Ritesh:

I have taken zoomcar service on 18th Nov 2020 and had paid the advance security deposit against order no. BOOKING ID # JPS6N4KW0.

Its been 30 days and I haven’t received the refund amount. The customer care no. doesn’t work and there is no response of the mails I have written.
