I had availed Zoomcar services on the 6th November, 2020 at Kolkata, West Bengal, India and returned within the given time period, i.e 11th November, 2020. According to Zoomcar policies a refundable security deposit of INR 1499 is to be paid during the time of booking and will be refunded within thirty working days. Additionally, I had spent INR 200 on tyre repairs, liable to refund, for which I have uploaded necessary documentation on the Zoomcar application (portal). I have a pending refund amount of INR 1699. I have attached all necessary proof of evidence below.
Zoomcar helpline numbers/customer care are unresponsive, hence I took to Twitter on the 22nd December, 2020. I was assured a refund for my pending sum within 2-3 weeks by @ZoomCarIndia (Twitter handle) but no action was taken. I then wrote back to them on the 15th January, 2021 but I am yet to receive a reply from them. Today is the 27th March, 2021 and neither a refund has been initiated nor any response to messages.
