Text of Complaint by Kinjal Patel:

I have booked a car from zoomcar service, at the tijme of booking we have paid rs. 8011 (booking amount + deposite), but then we got issue with documents and we had to cancel the booking within 1 hr with help of Customer care executive, who told us that we will get refund within 10 working days.

Its been almost 2 months, as you can check in attached file, I haven’t received refund.

Also tried many times to contact customer care but phone number they mentioned on site is not working, also it says you don’t have any booking with this number. have written mail to support email address, for that I never got reply.
