I had booked a car using Zoomcar app on 4 November 2020 and cancelled the same on 6 Nov 2020. Total booking amount was Rs. 3471 and upon cancellation they deducted Rs 200 and I was promised to get the return of Rs. 3271 within 1 month.
Till date I haven’t received the amount. I have been trying to contact customer care since then but their contact numbers are not responding.
