I had booked a zoomcar (order ID: JPS6NDAXK) in the month of September and cancelled it in a few days. Its been 2 months now and I still haven’t received my refund. I have been writing emails and booking refund complaints on the app but no reply from their side.

my name is kiran, i am also not recived my refund amount .Almost more than 6months over.
i am mailed so many times to zoom car support but i did not get any replays from them. i am in a problem. i need money but they are not refunding my amount.
