Text of Complaint by Jerin Abraham Biju:

I have booked zoomcar for a travel purpose, due to sudden change in plan I had to cancel the booking few days prior to the scheduled trip. It’s been now more than 3 months the refund for the cancelled trip is not yet credited back to me. I have been trying to contact zoomcar representative through multiple ways but I am not able to contact anyoneanyone. This is not my first experience it’s a repeatitivr issue.
