I had booked a Maruti Baleno from Vashi Navi Mumbai vehicle no. MH43BP0784
Dated: 23rd November 2019 at 1600hrs
And returned on 25th November at 1700 hrs
Still my refund amount has not been disbursed
If we delay the car by an hour your all charge us with penalty
It’s been 55 days
Still refund has not been initiated
