Text of Complaint by Shakti Kathpalia:

My refund was expected within 30 days (as per the policy) of end of trip. My trip ended on 24th October 2020 and today is 13th January 2021. I have still not received a refund even after multiple requests online and via social media. There’s no customer care available anywhere.
