My reservation for a car at Kolkata from 6th February to 20th February 2021 (JPS6NN36U) was fully paid in advance. The car was picked up by the Zoomcar representative from my residence well within time with due photographs and records. Two days later Zoom raised a false invoice for Rs 9861 towards Late Fee and Late Charge, and charged it on my credit card. I found in the website that an incorrect time of release on the following day has been uploaded. Reported immediately on Zoom website but no response or rectification. All attempts at telephonic contact have drawn a blank
