Myself Saurabh Yadav, I am a Zoomcar Host since March 2023. My car (Tata Tigor MH12RT4859) met with an accident on 18th July 2023 and was picked up by Zoomcar Garage on 25th July 2023. It’s almost 150 days since then I m continuously I am trying to reach the Zoomcar and Garage representative for follow up, but either they are not receiving my call or giving same lame excuses that
“Zoomcar is not approving repair funds”.
Please look into this matter, it’s already more than 165 days. Now my wife is pregnant for that I have to regularly visit doctors. I am having trouble while booking cabs, have to wait and spend for cabs every week hope you understand sir.
