I had taken a booking from zoomcar on 25th November. They had taken a security deposit of 3000₹ which upon booking completion their policy said they will return within 3-5 days. Now they’re not returning the money and delaying without any reason. It should have been refunded within 1st dec. It was mentioned in their booking completion mail too.
