I booked a Creta (2018 model) on Zoomcar for 18/08/2023 to 20/08/2023. I went there to pick up the car and then after doing all the formalities and taking the car for a drive, I found that the car has loose breaks. It would a danger to our life if we took that car to a highway. I immediately escalated this issue to their customer support. They agreed to refund for the unused hours. I have paid a booking amount of around INR 9800 and have used the car for at max 1 hour. Till date I haven’t received any amount from them nor they are replying to my mails.
