I have been chasing your customer support, which is notoriously useless in solving any single query other than saying it will be refunded in the next 5 days since the past 3 months, to no avail.
I also have sent multiple emails with zero response. I do not have the time or patience to follow up anymore and hence I believe reaching out to comsumer court
