Hi,

I booked a zoomcar on 27th September 2020. They charged me a refundable deposit of 3000rs. which they mentioned should come back to my account in 30 days at the max. When the trip ended, it showed no issues and the refund receipt was shown, but I never got the refund. I have been emailing them constantly since they dont take calls. Now they want to charge me 2000 out of the 3000 refundable deposit saying I had a dog in the car along, which I did not. Their service rep who was at the location when I picked up the car acted bad with us and picked up a fight with us for no reason. When we left the car back we clicked photos of the car and attached in the portal. We did not have any dog in the car with us. Now my zoomcar account shows refundable deposit of 1000 since they want to charge me 2000 for taking a dog which I did not. I have not received any refunds from zoomcar even though I kept emailing them, they have stopped responding to my emails. And its been more than 60 days they have not refunded even a single penny out of my 3000 refundable deposit.
