On 26th January 2022, I booked a car from zoomcar as home delivery and pickup and the timing was 09:30a.m to 08:30p.m but the car was not delivered to me and my payments got debited from my account. And after calling several times to zoomcar customer care, they are telling that a call back from refund team will come within 24hours but till now no callback came and not got the refund also.
