I am Hariteja, Booked Zoomcar with ID:JPS6N6Y7Q for the date 18th January 2021 with Pickup time of 8:30am and dropping time of 5:00pm same date. My trip was equipped with Home dropping option. My trip was cancelled due to Lack of Man-power. Its been 3months and my amount is not refunded. According to their policy it should be refunded in 30days after the cancellation date.
