I have completed my zoomcar trip on may 10th 2021 and I haven’t received my refund of RS. 2660/- till now. I have been sending reminders through the app about my refund but no one is responding to the mails or calls.
I need my refund immediately as it has been 3 weeks since I completed my trip.
This is my first trip with zoomcar and I am disappointed with the refund delay.
Arrange it immediately.
