I had 2 Bookings in Zoomcar. After the completion of the trip Zoomcar has not yet initiated the Refund.
In the Zoomcar Help& Support section it says Refund can be initiated within 30 days.
I had 2 Bookings in the month of August and I’m supposed to receive the refund in the month of September.
Still the Support team is saying they are working on it. But Refund is not yet received.
