My name is Shyam Kumar Kaya and I live in Hyderabad, Telangana. I have given my car I20 top end car # TS12ES3587 for Zoomcar 1 year past and had met with an accident with Zoomcar guest/renter on July 12th, 2022. It is nearly 10 months past and no repairs work is going on and no compensation is paid to me. Customer care is also fruads telling simply we highlight the ticket 1176492 raised and concerned team is working. I don’t know what the hell they are working from last 10 months. I am requesting a compensation for atleast 15 lakh rupees to close the car loan and buy a second hand car at least. Kindly help me, I am jobless now and my father is paying emi back to back.
