We booked 3 different cars since yesterday i.e 19th March 2022. First we booked a Baleno, when we reach there the unlocking system failed and we waited for 4 hours and even customer care was failed to unlock the car and there was no spare key. Also they put us on hold for almost half n hour. Second car we booked was Tata Tiago, we choose pick n drop this time. When executive reach there again he faced technical issues and suggested us to book another car. We again booked a car and pick n drop executive reach there and the car was not there. This is the worst thing that can happen and customer care system is the worst part along with the Bluetooth unlock and lock system.
