Booking id: JPSNCUZNL, vehicle was taken by the user since booking was done for 12 hrs, trip could not start since there was no OTP received from Zoomcar, user was in a hurry, so provided the vehicle. Raised a complaint to support team in the next minute, morning i see that the booking details have vanished from host app, and late executive informs that the booking was cancelled by user. User who took the car rode for 200+ kms, utilized 50% fuel and retuned back the car. Issue has been escalated to zoomcar, no support from last 2 days.
