I am zoomcar host my car went on booking on 20th november 2022 via zoomcar host program and their customer had very badly accident my car and Zoomcar team still not give me any update about my car. my car is still in Your designated workshop in same condition they did not started any repair work on my car. And their employee not picking my calls and not replying for the messages. And blocked me on what’sapp. I reach to their designated workshop and that workshop owner told me that he didn’t got approval from zoomcar yet. He gave estimate to zoomcar team. Ticket Id is 1537478
