I had attached my car in the zoomcar host program. They are wantedly giving only 20 % of the revenue compared to the other cars in the platform. They are not refunding the fastag amount for which i had paid double charge at the toll plazas manually because their fastag is not working. i asked to terminate the program and remove thier devices from the car. but since last 1 month their customer care team is telling wait for 24 to 48 hours we will escalate the issue. but there is no resolution from their team and they are not even terminating the host program for my vehicle.
