Text of Complaint by Santosh Nijalingappa:

I booked a zoom car from Bangalore on 1st Dec 2020 for dates : 6th Dec 2020 to 8th Dec 2020. But since my plan got changed I cancelled the booking on 2nd Dec 2020. I had made a payment of Rs.9274 using my credit card for the same. As per zoom car policy they were supposed to issue refund within 3 to 4 working days but today it is March 3o 20201 and still I have not received the refund amount.
