I had booke zoomcar(Kwid-Petrol) for 31/12/2020, But 2days before the ride i cancelled.
As per company policy there would Rs200/- cut in my payment(Rs4521/-) and i would get refund of Rs4321/- i.e 4521-200= 4321/-

It’s nearing month nor there is refund nor there is any response from the company
