Text of Complaint by Prasad Phatak:

I had rented a car from ZoomCar from 17-Jun-2023 until 26-Jun-2023. I made the payment using my credit card before the booking. The booking was successful. However, it has been more than two months and ZoomCar has still not provided me the invoice. I have raised several complaints and contacted their customer service. Every time, I have received the same automated response that due to a technical problem, they are unable to provide me an invoice (please refer to the attached screenshot).
They are legally obligated to provide me with the invoice. So ifthey can not provide me the invoice, they must refund my rental fees.
