I cancelled a zoomcar booking in May 2020 and the refund has not been provided to me yet

Update: Instead of refund, Zoomcasr has issued a coupon for the amount which can be used to make another booking. I am happy with the resolution as I use Zoomcar frequently anyway. Thank you Zoomcar!
