Zoom car trip id :JPD6F7ACJ. After several hours of mental harassment, they provided a vehicle promising that they will refund for any extra fuel I would leave the vehicle with while returning. But today one of the supervisor calls me to confirm that their policy does not allow the refund since I have opted for a no-fuel car while booking. This was well know to their staff while delivering the vehicle to me. And less I should talk about the false commitments and white lies these guys use, it’s better.
