I booked a tata tiago through zoomcar for 1st january 2022 after 2 days of the booking i received a call from zoomcar that the car is not available and they offered me another car that was available. And today, when i was waiting for the car at 7AM the car didn’t arrive customer care was also not receiving my calls after making 4-5 calls and waiting for 2 and a half hour the zoomcar customer care executive said that the second car also not available and they made me cancel it.. my booking id is JPS69DQ6T
